Cancellation Policy

We value your time, health and the availability of our Naturopaths, therefore, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our friendly reception staff on

1800 699 355 or at info@naturallywise.com.au a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule. This is to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your consult fee.
