Refunds and Replacements
If you receive the wrong product or if the product is faulty please contact us immediately & return the product to us within one week of receiving it. We will endeavour to supply the correct product or refund monies paid by you.
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
Orders can be placed over the phone from 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday, except public holidays or 24 hours 7 days a week via the website www.naturallywse.com.au. We do not accept order information via email.
Cancellation policy or change of order policy
Change to your order including cancellations of your order must be communicated to us before 1pm on the same business day. We cannot guarantee the change or cancellation of your order if it is outside of this time frame.
